I started photography when my son first began walking and realized a basic camera couldn’t keep up. Learning a DSLR opened up a new way of seeing, and for a long time I mostly photographed family. During the pandemic, the backyard became my main view, and that’s when I started photographing birds, squirrels, and other small wildlife. Travel has always inspired me too — new places, new light, and moments that feel different from everyday life. Around that same time, my wife spent more time cooking and baking at home, and I began taking photos of the dishes she made. It slowly became another subject I enjoyed capturing. LensCrumbs is a small but growing collection of wildlife moments, travel scenes, and homemade dishes — simple images taken one moment at a time.
